Warranty Conditions & periods

The warranty period for a product depends on its type and origin. For most of our Wave accessories, we offer a lifetime warranty as a guarantee of their quality and durability. For other products, the warranty coverage varies as follows:


Products inspected by our own QIT teamThese items are marked with a special QIT stamp, indicating they have passed our Quality Inspection Team’s rigorous checks to ensure the highest standards. These products are covered by a lifetime warranty.
Service Pack displays & parts
When returning these items, please ensure the original packaging is complete and includes all components such as stickers and protective plastic films. Returns that are incomplete may not be accepted.
Factory warranty (3 months)
Service Pack products come with a standard factory warranty valid for three months from the date of purchase.
BatteriesBatteries are covered by a twelve-month warranty.
ToolsTools included in our range come with a twelve-month warranty.
Accessories
All other accessories are also backed by a twelve-month warranty.


Warranty Period Start

Please note that the warranty period always starts from the date the product is purchased, not from the date the item is installed by a repairer or put into use.
