Returns

Return of Goods

We are currently developing a customized system that will allow returns to be created directly from the ordered products. Returns can be processed while taking the warranty period into account (see Warranty section).

Until the system is fully implemented, returns are handled as follows:

1. Make a list of the products you wish to return.
2. Clearly state the reason for the return.
3. Send the products to be returned to the following address:

4. Please include your contact details inside the return package.
5. Share the tracking number with us so we can follow the shipment.

Once we have received and inspected the returned items (within 5 business days), we will contact you. You can then choose to receive either a coupon code or a refund to your bank account.
