Placing an Order
Ordering is simple via our intuitive and user-friendly webshop. Just add the products you need to your shopping cart and follow the steps to complete your order. If you have any questions, our support team is happy to assist you.
Adding Products to an Order
It’s not possible to add items to an order once it has been placed. If you wish to order additional products, you will need to place a new order.
To avoid extra shipping costs, you can select the "Second Order" option during checkout. In this case, no additional shipping fees will be charged, and your new order will be shipped together with your previous one.
Changing Your Address
Need to update or add a delivery address? You can easily do so in your Dashboard under "My Addresses" or during the checkout process.
Order Tracking
Once your order has left our warehouse, you can track its progress via the Track & Trace link included in your order confirmation. This link is also available in your Dashboard under Track & Trace.

Canceling an Order
Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed. However, you can contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation before the order is shipped.
If cancellation is no longer possible, you may refuse the package upon delivery or return it after receiving it. For more information, please refer to our Returns section.
