Important: Set a New Password for Our New Webshop
Dear customer,
We’ve launched a brand-new Phone City webshop to give you a faster, safer, and smoother shopping experience. To complete this transition securely, we ask all existing customers to set a new password.
What does this mean for you?
If you had an account in our previous webshop, please read carefully:

All existing customers were sent an email with a link to set a new password.
Didn’t receive it? That’s okay — see below.
What if you can't find the email?
If you did not receive or cannot find the email for any reason, simply follow these steps to reset your password:
- Go to the login page: Log In
- Click on "Forgot password?"
- Enter your email address
- Follow the instructions in the email you receive to create a new password
⚠️ Make sure to use the same email address you used in our old webshop.
What if your email address is not recognized?
If the system says your email address is not found, this may be because your data in the old system was incomplete or missing. In that case, you can simply create a new account:
- Go to the registration page and sign up again
- Your new account will give you full access to the new webshop
